Our scope of intervention ranges from the ideation phase up to the implementation phase. We always adapt to the specific situation and objectives of our clients. Our interventions take various forms and can be split into a series of steps:
- Innovation objectives and governance: together with the top management and/or board of directors we discuss the objectives, the organisation and the key success factors to successfully innovate.
- Innovation info session: employees are invited to get info and discuss why and how their company can become more innovative and how they can contribute to this journey.
- Bootcamp: organisation of a 2 days workshop aimed at generating some ideas and identifying potential ‘intrapreneurs’. This usually involves a rather large group of participants.
- Acceleration program: selected ideas and teams of intrapreneurs enter into a phase aimed at validating it’s viability through customer feedback. This ensures that the company does not invest time and valuable resources designing features or services that customers do not want. This is done primarily by continuously validating key hypothesis through experiments and measures of customer feedback, and a continuous deployment process based on short iterations.
